Move it Baby!

Getting our required physical activity that gets us sweaty and does what it can to clear out the sludge in our arteries really can be handled in about a 10 minute spurt of intense exercise ie: quick paced walk or run or bike ride or just taking the stairs UP somewhere or resistance training!  That is the latest: take several 10 min brisk moving of your choice workout several times a day then 4-5 days per week.  Keeping it do-able and EASY! And do what you LOVE doing especially if it is OUTSIDE!
