Increase EXERCISE to clear out the sludge!

Pick something active and DO IT! At least 20 minutes 3-4 X per week!

Of Course, EVEN if it's "snowing" outside we can always "Sweat to the Oldies" with Richard Simmons in front of the TV!


No exuses for not working out somehow! Increasing activity cleans out our clogged up arteries! What fun you can have!
