Drink Water? 6-8 glasses a day everyone!

I love cold water with fresh lemon wedge.  Or fresh brewed green tea or pomegranate WHITE tea slightly sweetened 1 tsp honey per quart and cold in the refrigerator. Even 2/3 tea and 1/3 lemonade or cranberry juice.  Like Arnold Palmer style.  I either keep it chilled and use a little stevia or honey to sweeten.  Delicious really and nothing but good for me instead of ALL bad for me like a soda which I may have on a special occasion only! No food color dyes and no fake anything.
