To start making changes that heal and doing no harm then its going to look more like this! More often choose chicken or fish with your fresh fruit and veggies. Make sure to use brown rice or WHOLEWHEAT instead of the other inferior products. Change everything up on quality! The more you do this the more your body will crave these things. DO IT ! Save yourself and don't get dead! Make a stop at your local Farmers Market!
