Increase your idea of PHYSICAL ACTIVITY!


Pick something and DO IT 3 times per week for 40-60 minutes each time you you will see a change in your metabolism and mix that with drinking plenty of water and fresh vegetables and fruit, whole grains and minimal portions of a lean meat(chicken or fish) and POOF you will see a new you in no time!

Well said! And this is more like the reason's we are all getting so many weird diseases so young instead of those physicians who use the jargon taught in med school that: "you poor thing you just got bad genes!" Heredity is not nearly to blame but our escalating bad health choices that are the NORM in this USA! That is just a cop out to get us to take drugs and keep the drug companies in business!
