Pick something and DO IT 3 times per week for 40-60 minutes each time you you will see a change in your metabolism and mix that with drinking plenty of water and fresh vegetables and fruit, whole grains and minimal portions of a lean meat(chicken or fish) and POOF you will see a new you in no time!
